Cafe Du Monde's Beignets

My friend, Audrey, from High School came to spend the week visiting us and brought a box of delicious goodness with her! Her and her hubby are living out in New Orleans so he can finish law school at Tulane... what is New Orleans known for!??!?!? FOOD! LOL! She brought a box of Cafe Du Monde's Beignet mix for the family to enjoy. So we made it last night and enjoyed all it's powdery sugar goodness. Even the kids were covered in sugar! I am so thankful for special friends and generous hearts! My kids have fallen in love with her and I don't think they are going to let her go back home to her husband :( Do you think it was all the food we have made together or her loving heart !?!??!?!
